Air Fryer Butternut Squash
1 lb Butternut Squash cut 1/2-inch pieces
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
Preheat air fryer to 375° Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl with high sides whisk olive oil, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and pepper.
Add diced butternut squash and toss to coat.
Air fry the coated butternut squash for 15-20 minutes. Tossing every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
After cooking toss in maple syrup.
*You can roast in the oven at 375° Fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes.
